Thameen Platform LLC, a limited liability company registered in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia under Commercial Registration No. 1010689014, with its registered office at Anas Bin Malik Rd, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia ("Thameen," "we," "our," or "us"), owns and operates the Platform. By accessing or using www.mythameen.com (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). We may revise these Terms from time to time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Platform indicates your acceptance of the latest version.

Please note: Thameen is an independent marketplace and is not directly affiliated with any of the brands listed or sold on the platform. Our role is to connect you with verified and legally registered sellers; including franchisees, authorized resellers, and reputable retailers.

Platform Use & Eligibility

Our services are available to individuals who can lawfully make purchases using the available payment methods and enter into binding agreements under applicable law. By registering or placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and your own. We reserve the right to reject or cancel orders if we suspect misuse, fraud, or commercial activity. The Platform is intended for personal use only.

You may browse the Platform as a guest or choose to register for a more personalized experience. When registering, you agree to provide truthful and up-to-date information. Orders

By placing an order through Thameen, you are making a purchase offer subject to our acceptance. Prices shown on the Platform include VAT and duties where applicable. 

Order confirmation does not constitute acceptance. An order is only confirmed once you receive a dispatch notification or a tracking number. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to issues related to availability, payment authorization, or order integrity.

Product Availability & Pricing

All products listed are subject to availability. While we strive for accuracy, there may be instances where items become unavailable after an order is placed. If this occurs, you will be notified, and any applicable amounts will be refunded.

Prices are listed in Saudi Arabian Riyals (SAR) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Currency conversions may apply depending on your payment method and bank. If an error in pricing is identified, we will notify you and offer the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel the order.

In the rare event that a buyer obtains credible proof that an item is not authentic, we offer a full refund in accordance with our authenticity dispute procedure.

Our Role as a Marketplace

Thameen operates as a curated marketplace, connecting buyers with trusted, verified sellers. While sellers are responsible for listing and pricing their products, Thameen inspects all items for accuracy, condition, and authenticity before they are shipped to the buyer. We do not manufacture, own, or directly distribute inventory.

Intellectual Property

All content on Thameen, including but not limited to text, imagery, product descriptions, and branding, is the property of Thameen Platform LLC or its partners and sellers. Any reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without written permission is strictly prohibited.

Disclaimers

The Platform and all content are provided "as is" and "as available." While we strive to ensure accuracy and security, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. You use the Platform at your own risk.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Thameen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product related to the claim.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Riyadh.
