Refund policy

At Thameen, we take pride in curating exceptional, authentic luxury items and delivering them with the utmost care. Each piece is carefully inspected before shipment to ensure it meets the expectations of our discerning clientele.
Given the high-value and exclusive nature of the pieces curated on our platform, our return policy is carefully structured to safeguard both our buyers and our community of trusted sellers. While most items are considered final sale, select categories may be eligible for free-returns under specific conditions, as outlined below.
General Return Conditions
Return requests must be submitted within five (5) days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for return:

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.

All original tags, protective stickers, packaging, certificates, and accessories must be intact.

The return must be pre-approved by Thameen before collection.

The return must be accompanied by the original order confirmation.
Non-Returnable Items
To maintain the integrity of our marketplace, the following categories are considered final sale except where noted:
Jewelry & Gold (New or Pre-Owned)

In accordance with Saudi Arabian regulations, jewelry and gold may only be returned if flawed or damaged upon delivery.
Pre-Owned Items (All Categories)

Pre-Owned items are final sale. However, a return may be accepted if:

The item is proven inauthentic by a certified authority.

The item materially differs from the listed condition or description.
Arts, Collectibles & Art Pieces

These items or related are considered final sale, unless the item arrives with clear damage or defect.
Returnable Categories (New Items Only)
The following items are eligible for return within 5 calendar days of delivery:

Art of Living (e.g., trays, candle holders, decorative objects)

Small Leather Goods

Watches
All items must be unused, unworn, and in pristine condition with all original packaging, stickers, tags, certificates, and accessories fully intact.
Return Process
To request a return:

Email orders@mythameen.com within five (5) days of receiving your order.

Include your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).

Upon confirmation of eligibility, Thameen will coordinate complimentary pickup within Saudi Arabia through our logistics partner.
Items will be inspected upon return. If the item does not meet return conditions, it will be returned to the customer and shipping or handling fees may apply.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged item or an incorrect order:

Return the item in the same condition you received it.

If approved, we will refund the full amount including original delivery charges.

Items may be eligible for replacement depending on stock.

Manufacturer defects may be covered under applicable warranties.
Authenticity Claims
We stand behind the authenticity of every item offered. If you believe your item is not genuine:

Submit official documentation from the brand or a certified authority.

Claims must be made within 12 months of the purchase date.

If verified, a full refund will be issued and return costs covered.
Returns of ‘Pre-Order’ Orders

Pre-order items may be returned if eligible within 5 days of delivery.

Refunds for pre-order items are issued as store credit only.
Gifted Orders

Refunds are issued to the original purchaser only.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. To replace an item, please initiate a return and place a new order separately.
Refund Process

Refunds are processed to the original payment method.

Processing time is 7–14 business days, depending on the issuing bank.

Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error or confirmed issue.
