Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Thameen, we are committed to ensuring that every order is delivered with the same level of care and refinement that defines our curated selection of personal luxury. Before any item leaves our facility, it undergoes a thorough inspection for authenticity and condition. Only pieces that meet our exacting standards are approved for dispatch, ensuring that what reaches you is nothing short of exceptional. From the moment you place your order to the time it arrives at your doorstep, our fulfillment process is handled with precision and trust.
Delivery Coverage & Carriers
Thameen currently delivers across Saudi Arabia and the GCC. While we do not offer international shipping at this time, customers outside these regions may contact hello@mythameen.com to inquire about special arrangements. All orders are shipped via DHL, with insurance coverage provided against damage or loss for the majority of shipments.
Shipping Fees
We offer complimentary shipping based on order value:

Saudi Arabia: Free shipping for orders above SAR 1,500. A flat SAR 50 fee applies to orders below this threshold.

GCC Countries: Free shipping for orders above SAR 1,500. A flat SAR 150 fee applies to orders below this threshold.
Note: Delivery costs for art pieces or bulky items may vary depending on the logistics required. Customers will be informed in advance if any additional arrangements are necessary.
Estimated Delivery Timelines

Please note that Friday is a non-working day, and orders placed near the weekend may experience a slight delay.
Pre-Order Deliveries
Pre-order items may require extended delivery timelines, typically 7–14 business days, depending on product availability and sourcing. These items are shipped as soon as they become available and may not follow the standard delivery schedule.
Delivery Conditions & Delays
We strive to meet the estimated delivery windows; however, all delivery timelines are approximations. In rare cases of delay due to circumstances beyond our control such as weather, customs, or courier disruptions we will keep customers informed. If your order is not delivered within 30 days of confirmation, you will be eligible for a full refund.
Re-Delivery, Refusals & Failed Deliveries
If the courier is unable to deliver after multiple attempts due to unavailability or failure to respond, the order will be returned to Thameen’s facility. We will attempt to contact the customer for up to three (3) days after receiving the return. If unreachable, the order will be cancelled and partially refunded. If a customer refuses delivery, the item will be returned to Thameen and refunds may not be issued. These cases are reviewed individually and resolved at our discretion. Re-delivery fees may be imposed by DHL if a customer requests to reschedule or fails to accept the order during the original delivery attempts.
Address Modifications & Tracking
Customers may request changes to their delivery address by contacting hello@mythameen.com. However, if the order has already been dispatched and a tracking number issued, changes are subject to DHL’s policies and may incur additional charges. Tracking numbers are provided via email and SMS once the order has been dispatched.
