If your order is eligible for return, a request must be submitted within 3 days of delivery. Items must be unused and returned in their original condition, with all accompanying packaging. For more information view our Return Policy.

All payments on Thameen are processed securely using trusted payment technologies. Your payment details are encrypted and protected at every stage of checkout.

For card and wallet payments, charges are confirmed at the time of purchase. For bank transfers, orders are processed once payment has been successfully received.

Taxes & Pricing

All prices displayed on Thameen include applicable local taxes and duties based on the customer’s selected location. There are no additional taxes or duties calculated at checkout.

The only charge that may vary at checkout is shipping, which applies to orders that do not meet the threshold for complimentary delivery.

Regional Availability

At present, Thameen accepts orders and payments from Saudi Arabia and GCC countries only. We are working toward expanding our service internationally and look forward to welcoming customers worldwide soon.
